A very appreciative audience, including a renowned ecclesiastic tenor, were treated to an enthusiastic and thoroughly enjoyable interpretation of this seasonal play.
In a closing speech, Mr.Timmens [Headmaster], paid tribute to the Nursery Class staff and thanked everyone for attending. He also made reference to the enthusiasm of the Cast and, in particular, one of the Three Kings whose vocal strength and determination to 'carry his own tune', merited a special round of applause! All attending then joined the backroom staff and performers for an 'apres performance' Tea & Biscuit reception! The organisers wish to thank all parents for the donation of a variety of prizes for the raffle. All proceeds, including those raised at an earlier perfomance by the Morning Group, would be going to the Kilbryde Hospice Fund. |
